perhaps i am misjudging your email.
it seems that you are trying to say that i am deliberately
attempting to make things hard for you by not allowing
you to see your email.
i am sure i am wrong in that assumption.
surprising as this may sound, i do not live my life on a
message board. i am able to hold relatively loose conversation
via email without the necessity of the other person's words.
perhaps that may suggest that i write emails in a purely
subjective manner. this would be true, as i feel that
email is more personal and requires a bit more from my
'human' side.
in my mind, emails...like (some) starting posts, are begun by
spontaneity, not prompts. and that is how i like to keep it
on email--more like free-flowing conversation...not a data sheet.
if you disagree with this, that is fine.
i will not deny my interest in your deft documentation pulse.
i shall also not ask.
as for the format of my email system, it is somewhat up to
personal preference, as yahoo gives its user the option.
there is also an option for saving sent messages as well as saving
received messages. this is an option that i employ.
do not worry, i have copies/verification of (most of) what i read and
write. (i say most because yahoo filters out unused data after a
set time--something else you can limit)
i have always enjoyed your emails and it will be strange
not to see you in my inbox.
but as we both know, this is your option--and your right...as sad as it is.

after this email was sent, alex receives
another email from my account which stated:

TG was at my house AFTER i sent the long
email.
i explained to him the confusion i was having

you thought that because i didn't show
ANY previous emails that i replied to,
it was somehow THREATENING you...

WRONG!!!!!!

as i TRIED to explain, my email account
is set up to MY specifications... not yours.

Rather than dredge this topic to the top of your forum by making a new response, I'll just add a response here, (almost five years later).

When I sent my "I guess I won't be emailing you much comment", it wasn't a threat, I thought I was just being respectful and honest towards you. Rather than continue to request that you change the way you communicate via email, I just accepted your position that you prefered not to keep prior email responses when you respond in kind and emailed to let you know that based on your preferences, I would not email you as much. I thought that was the respectful, honest thing to do.

So when I then get an ominious email immediately thereafter (allegedly from Tasting Good,) stating "we gotta talk" email, it sounded all too much like "I'll take a break, no you're fired" type of routine. When I take the step of trying to be completely respectful of your preferences and wishes, and the response I get is "we gotta talk", yes, I was deeply hurt that you felt the need to one up me when I was already bowing down. It hurt me deeply.

Now, in rereading all the horrible things you say about me further down this topic, I have to wonder something. If "Tasting Good" had never made the email that you allege that he made, than your attention, internet friendship & interaction might have still continued even though you make it pretty clear that you believe I am all the horrible things you say about me later on in this topic. wow.

As for the cigarette story, you have twisted that way out of porportion. I never walked up to someone, never established eye contact, and then snatched someone's cigarette out of their hands as you suggest.

It was just circumstance. I backed my car into the space next to theirs and got out of my car, our juxtaposed cars put me right next to the driver who had parked hood in.

The driver had this very relaxed look on her face as she spoke to a minor in the passenger side of the car. I then noticed that the driver who was talking was pregnant, and was holding a cigarette between two of her fingers. Without ever touching her, I used two of my fingers to lift the cigarette from between her two fingers while she continued to talk to the other girl in the opposite direction. I NEVER touched her.

She was pregnant, and she was smoking. If I ever see a pregnant man smoking, I don't care if he's 8 feet tall, I'll attempt to stealthfully take the cigarette away from him as well, I promise. I hope you think about me whenever you see those television ads about not smoking when pregnant.

As for your other claims, if the internet has taught me anything, it's that I could be helpful 20 posts in a row, freely sharing experiences that might actually help someone else handle a situation they have yet to encounter, but if on the 21st post someone attacks me, NO ONE will come forward to defend me.

The only people that actually defend other people are those that have had some kind of personal messaging and/or may hope to do future business with someone. The idea that you may have witnessed some of the harrassing I endured as some form of entertainment was the other issue I had with you. By the way friend, the buddy you appointed as moderator of the guerilla filmmaking forum permanently banned me, but not before falsely accusing me of things even after he had been told by more than one person I had nothing to do with the accusation.

Anyway, I didn't mean to end this on a dower note, so consider this the undower sentence. [img]wink.gif[/img]
